True fasting involves humility, service, and justice—not just ritual, but a powerful spiritual practice that brings answers and rewards. The practice requires to be like the palm tree in Psalm 92: upright, fruitful, and useful in God’s kingdom. Consistency and generosity are key to receiving God’s blessings. The message encourages us to not only become, but also to remain the “fasting farmer” God has called us to be—faithful in prayer, generous in spirit, and ready to sow seeds of righteousness.
